On April 8, 2026, Ability Intelligent signed an MOU with Hwa Kang Security at its Taichung headquarters, together with Taiwan Optical Platform. This partnership focuses on AI security and smart community management, helping businesses quickly adopt smart solutions.

AI Customer Service and Smart Surveillance Coming Soon
This project focuses on smart communities by introducing AI customer service and video recognition systems. The first phase for large communities will be completed between Q2 and Q3 of 2026, with expansion to more locations in Q4.
AI customer service will handle common questions first, improving response speed and efficiency.
Video recognition, combined with smart cameras and a management platform, will provide real-time monitoring and better decision-making.
The solution will also expand into smart parking management with “ Jia Parking ”, a new brand under Ability Enterprise, helping partners grow their business.
24/7 AI Monitoring Drives Business Upgrade
With ongoing labor shortages, AI and 24/7 smart monitoring are becoming essential. This partnership helps businesses reduce manpower needs, improve efficiency, and upgrade security services.
